PODCAST: The BCS got it right, but it’s still broken

Today we talk about the broken BCS. They may have gotten it right this season in the Title game, but they got it wrong everywhere else. The BCS has turned simultaneous money-grabbing and creating bad matchups into a Zen-like thing. Tim Tebow continues to win and many don’t know why. I think it is very easy to explain. Arkansas gets back from their basketball field trip in Connecticut. Is Arkansas’ Cotton Bowl matchup a good or bad thing for the Razorbacks? Ben Kercheval of NBC Sports, Chris Bahn of Arkansas Sports 360 and Doug Farrar of Shutdown Corner all join the show to discuss today’s topics.

(Oliver Miller pistol whipping a man at a barbeque probably fits in there somewhere – When keepin’ it real goes wrong. Right?) Mark Thomas of 99.9 the Fan in Raleigh North Carolina talks about the NFL lockout and Ryan Mallett. Doug Farrar of Yahoo!
